The Pasotti women's blue double canopy umbrella with a floral print combines a classic blue exterior, a watercolour bouquet inside and a twisted gold-tone handle. Handmade in Italy.
From the outside, the canopy is blue satin without a print; in daylight it shades from a lighter blue at the centre to a deeper navy at the edge. Open it, and the inside of the canopy shows a watercolour print on a cream ground: pink, magenta and red peonies and poppies, soft blue flowers and olive leaves.
The canopy is double-cloth: the printed inner layer is part of its construction, so the umbrella looks classic when furled and bright when open. Both layers are 100% polyester, and the canopy rests on 8 ribs.
The umbrella opens and closes by hand. When furled, it is held by a gold-tone sliding ring engraved with the Pasotti name. The shaft, rib tips and tip are gold-tone.
The twisted crook handle is gold-tone jeweled brass with spiral fluting along its whole length, finished with a smooth end.
