Mr. Wallet offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Mr. Wallet, with its registered office in Kyiv, Ukraine, is the owner of the website MrWalletShop.com and reserves the right to process any personal information voluntarily provided by users in compliance with the applicable regulations (EU 2016/679).

By accessing this website, the user accepts that any matter relating to the use of MrWalletShop.com is governed by the legislation in force in Ukraine. Mr. Wallet does not guarantee that the website content complies with the regulations in force in any other country.

Payments

Payments made with PayPal or by credit/debit card via PayPal checkout are processed by our payment partner Western Bid.

Disclaimer

This store is integrated with the Western Bid™ e-commerce platform, and Western Bid, Inc. is the Merchant of Record for all purchases made in this store. Therefore, you will see “WESTERN BID” listed as the payee on your PayPal account and credit card statement.

Products

Mr. Wallet is not liable if, due to the specific computer configuration used by the customer or its incorrect operation, the colors of the products displayed on the website differ slightly from the original colors.

Please note that all Mr. Wallet products are handcrafted and made one at a time. Production is entirely handmade, and any minor imperfections are due exclusively to the artisanal nature of the creations. For this reason, no product return form is included on the website. Mr. Wallet shall not be liable for any technical inaccuracy on the MrWalletShop.com website; whenever reported, it will be promptly corrected.

Mr. Wallet does not guarantee that the information published on this website fully complies with the regulations in force in the customer’s country.

Mr. Wallet reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions through updates at any time, without prior notice.

Processing time

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping is 1–3 business days, though we always do our best to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Please note that we prepare and ship orders on business days only, Monday to Friday; Saturday and Sunday are not counted as shipping days. Please also note that order preparation and shipping are two separate processes, each with its own timeframe.

Customs Duties and Taxes 

By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees that any customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), goods and services taxes (GST), brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, handling fees, and any other governmental or carrier-imposed charges arising from the importation of the purchased goods into the destination country (collectively, the "Import Charges") shall be the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the product listing, checkout page, shipping method description, or order confirmation, all orders are shipped on a duties-and-taxes-unpaid basis, and Import Charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges paid to the Seller.

Where a product listing, shipping method, or checkout process explicitly states that duties and taxes are included in the purchase price or shipping cost (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid), the applicable Import Charges will be paid by the Seller on behalf of the Buyer to the extent specified in such offer.

The Buyer agrees to timely pay all applicable Import Charges required for customs clearance and delivery of the goods. Failure or refusal to pay such charges may result in delays, storage fees, return of the shipment, abandonment, destruction of the goods, or other actions taken by customs authorities or carriers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, if the Buyer refuses delivery, fails to pay Import Charges, or otherwise causes the shipment to be returned, abandoned, or destroyed, the Seller shall have no obligation to refund any amounts paid for the goods, shipping costs, customs charges, return shipping fees, storage fees, handling fees, or any other costs incurred in connection with the order.

The Seller shall not be liable for any delays, additional costs, penalties, confiscations, or other actions taken by customs authorities or governmental agencies in the destination country.
