Customs & Import Fees
Customers from the United States
Buyers from the United States do not pay any customs duties or import fees. The price shown at checkout is the final price, including standard international delivery via USPS (United States Postal Service).
Customers from European Union countries
- For orders shipped to European Union countries with a value of up to €150, applicable import charges are generally collected at checkout. In most cases, no additional VAT or customs duties are payable upon delivery.
Exceptions: Due to technical limitations of local postal operators, this service is currently not available for shipments with a value of up to €150 to Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Poland, Slovenia and Cyprus. For these countries, VAT and customs duties are payable by the buyer in accordance with the standard import procedure and are collected by the local customs authorities.
- For orders with a value of over €150, the standard import procedure applies. Customs duties, VAT and other import charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Customers from other countries
International buyers outside the United States and the European Union may be subject to VAT, GST, customs duties, or local import taxes. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Processing Time
In-stock items
Orders with in-stock items are shipped on the next business day after payment is completed. Business days: Monday–Friday.
Made-to-order items
Some products are produced upon request. Production time is typically 30 calendar days, after which the item is shipped and a tracking number is provided. The total time to receive a made-to-order item equals the production time plus the delivery time for your region below.
Shipping Regions & Estimated Delivery Times
All orders are shipped as tracked international mail via Ukrposhta (Ukraine's national postal operator), with final delivery handled by your national postal service (e.g., USPS in the United States). The estimates below are in calendar days and include order processing.
North America
- United States: 12–18 days
- Canada: 14–22 days
Europe
- United Kingdom: 9–15 days
- Most European countries: 10–17 days
Asia
Eastern Asia (Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Taiwan): 14–24 days
Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan): 12–22 days
Middle East
Middle East (Israel, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, etc.): 15–25 days
Oceania
- Australia: 16–25 days
Ukraine
- Ukraine: 2–7 days
Countries We Do Not Ship To
Russia, North Korea, Belarus, Eritrea, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iran, Honduras, Sudan, Somalia.
Delivery & Tracking
