The Pasotti Palazzo Rosso is a women's burgundy umbrella with a double canopy that opens onto large roses and baroque scrolls, finished with a burgundy leather handle. Handmade in Italy and exclusive to Mr. Wallet, not available from other Pasotti retailers.
From the outside, the canopy is burgundy with a soft sheen that shifts from deep to lighter red. Open it, and the inside of the canopy shows large red and pink roses, sage leaves and beige baroque scrolls on a dark ground.
The canopy is double-cloth: the printed inner layer is part of its construction, so the umbrella looks restrained when furled and rich when open. Both layers are 100% polyester, and the canopy rests on 8 ribs.
The umbrella opens and closes by hand. When furled, it is held by a gold-tone sliding ring. The shaft, top cap and rib tips are gold-tone.
The crook handle is covered in burgundy leather with a visible stitched seam.
