Made in Italy from full-grain bull leather with a smooth, glossy finish. The firm leather holds the bag's structured shape when set down. The red is deep and saturated, the stitching is tonal, and a small metal Tony Perotti plate is set into the front seam.
Two main compartments open along the top zips, with a zipped partition between them; one takes a 15-inch laptop, the other A4 documents. Inside there are a pocket for a phone, four card slots, a zipped pocket and pen loops. The lining is a woven check in olive and sand — the tartan of the Italico line — with the stitched-in authenticity tag.
Two flat leather handles carry the bag in the hand, and the detachable leather shoulder strap clips to the side rings. The zip pulls meet at a leather padlock tab; the padlock and its key come in a leather sheath.
