Tony Perotti red leather card holder from the Accademia collection — a small upright book that opens on a leather tab to six card slots and a lined compartment.
Made in Italy from genuine full-grain bull leather in a deep red, polished to a soft shine. The seams are picked out in a thread lighter than the leather, and the tab carries the Tony Perotti turtle embossed in a round medallion.
It opens like a book. Six card slots are split across the two halves, so the cards lie flat instead of stacking into one pocket. The left half carries a full-height leather pocket with a scooped edge and the Tony Perotti signature embossed on it; lift that pocket and a fabric-lined compartment sits behind it, deep enough for a folded note or a receipt. A leather tab folds across from the right half and closes the whole thing over the medallion.
At 8 × 10 cm closed it goes into a jacket pocket or a small bag and still carries a full set of cards.
