Made in Italy from natural bull leather, top grain, finished glossy. The front wall is scooped low so the top sheet comes away with one hand.
Behind the paper well, a divider splits the back into two compartments deep enough to stand pens, pencils, a letter opener or a pair of scissors upright — the things that otherwise roll around a desk.
The floor of the paper well is suede and carries the oval embossed Tony Perotti turtle, visible whenever the block is lifted out. The base is a suede panel inside a stitched leather border, with the Tony Perotti authenticity label and its security hologram.
