Outside, the canopy is a warm mustard yellow with a soft sheen. Inside, pineapples, watermelon slices, citrus slices and green leaves are scattered over a blue diamond pattern, so the umbrella looks calm when closed and bright and summery when open. The manufacturer calls the model Fruit Umbrella.
The canopy is double-cloth: the printed inner layer is part of its construction. Both layers are 100% polyester, and the canopy rests on 8 ribs.
The umbrella opens and closes by hand. When furled, it is held by a gold-tone ring engraved with the Pasotti name. The shaft and tip are gold-tone.
The crook handle is natural bamboo with pronounced nodes and a warm honey tone with darker markings. Because bamboo is a natural material, its shade and pattern vary from piece to piece.
