Outside, the canopy is a warm golden yellow. Inside, roses and small flowers in blue, red and cream cover the whole canopy; the floral design has the look of a woven tapestry, which suits the name the manufacturer gave the model: Vintage Umbrella. Closed, the umbrella looks calm and sunny; open, it reveals the full richness of the print.
The canopy is double-cloth: the printed inner layer is part of its construction. Both layers are 100% polyester, and the canopy rests on 8 ribs.
The umbrella opens and closes by hand. When furled, it is held by a gold-tone ring engraved with the Pasotti name. The shaft and tip are gold-tone.
The handle is wood: a dark brown rounded top with a band of amber-toned Swarovski crystals, a gold-tone collar and a lighter brown grip below it. A fine gold-tone chain hangs from the collar. Because wood is a natural material, its shade and grain vary from piece to piece.
