The Pasotti men's brown camouflage umbrella with a warthog tusk handle pairs a tonal camouflage canopy with a natural wood shaft and a striking handle made from a natural warthog tusk. Handmade in Italy.
The camouflage combines brown, dark chocolate and grey-brown tones in soft, irregular shapes — a quiet, outdoorsy pattern that suits a classic coat as well as country tweed.
The canopy is single-layer, made of 100% polyester, and rests on 8 ribs.
The umbrella opens and closes by hand. When furled, it is held by a strap in the same camouflage fabric with a silver-tone snap button.
The shaft is natural wood with visible knots and grain; just below the handle, the grip section is a darker striped wood with a silver-tone Pasotti plaque. The T-shaped handle is made of warthog tusk (Phacochoerus africanus), shading from ivory-cream to warm amber; it sits on a silver-tone collar, and its end is finished with a cream cap. The umbrella ends in a wooden tip.
Each umbrella is made by hand, and the wood and tusk are natural materials, so the shade, grain and shape of the handle and shaft may vary from piece to piece.
Length (closed): 92 cm. Canopy diameter (open): 110 cm.
Comes in a black branded Pasotti gift box.
A gift for a man who appreciates natural materials and an unusual, characterful handle.
