The canopy carries a tone-on-tone camouflage pattern in black and dark grey. From a distance it reads as plain black; up close the camouflage pattern shows in the weave.

The umbrella opens at the press of a button (semi-automatic) and closes by hand. When furled, it is held by a fabric strap with a snap button. The shaft, frame and tip are silver-tone.
