From the outside the canopy is a vivid red. When the umbrella opens, the inner canopy shows small white polka dots on a soft greige ground, framed by a thin red edge.
The canopy is double-cloth and made of 100% polyester.
The umbrella opens at the press of a button (semi-automatic) and closes by hand. When furled, it is held by a gold-tone ring engraved with the Pasotti logo.
The handle is a glossy red plastic loop that curls back over the grip, finished with a gold-tone collar. The shaft and the tip are gold-tone.
