A slim dark brown leather laptop briefcase from the Tony Perotti Italico collection — a zip that runs round the whole perimeter, a laptop section between two compartments and a detachable leather shoulder strap.
Made in Italy from full-grain bull leather of the top grade. Italico leather is firm and full-bodied with a deep polished sheen; at just 9 cm deep this briefcase reads as a flat portfolio rather than a bag, and the leather is what keeps that flat panel from buckling. In moro the seams are traced with contrasting tan stitching, which is what separates this colourway from the black one — the outline is the same, the reading is warmer. An oval Tony Perotti emblem is embossed on the front pocket.
The zip runs the full perimeter, so the briefcase opens flat. Inside there are two roomy sections with a dedicated laptop compartment between them — it takes machines up to 17 inches, and an iPad or an A4 folder sits alongside without crowding. A zipped pocket runs along the back wall, and an inner pocket holds business cards, pens and a phone.
The front panel carries a zipped organiser pocket. On the back, a second pocket runs right through — slide it over the telescopic handle of a suitcase and the briefcase travels on top of it.
Two flat leather handles are set on reinforced tabs, and side rings take the detachable leather shoulder strap, adjustable for length.
