A black leather laptop briefcase from the Tony Perotti Inserto collection — the same two-compartment business shape as the Contatto 8976, marked out by the red leather insert across the front.
Inserto is defined by one detail: a narrow strip of red leather set into the classic black, finished with a small metal Tony Perotti plate. It runs across the middle of the front pocket, and it is the only colour on the whole briefcase — a single deliberate accent against an otherwise strictly formal piece.
The briefcase is made in Italy from premium calf leather with a fine natural grain and a matte finish. The stitching is tonal, the hardware bright silver, and the outline stays rectangular whether the bag is full or empty.
Two independent compartments each close with their own metal zip. One takes a laptop up to 15 inches; the second stays clear for folders, with two deep open pockets on the side wall and a zipped divider between the sections. A mesh zipped pocket and a further zipped pocket sit under the lid. The interior is lined in slate-grey fabric printed with the repeating Tony Perotti signature.
The front panel is a zipped organiser across the full width: three card slots, two pen loops and a pocket for stationery. A second full-width zipped pocket runs across the back for papers that need to stay flat and reachable.
Two leather handles are held by silver H-buckles, and side rings take the detachable shoulder strap — jacquard webbing woven with the Tony Perotti name, with a leather shoulder pad and adjustable length.
